What the platform provides
The platform provides psychologist profiles, information on languages and specializations, available appointment times, client accounts, booking tools, and appointment communication.
When online payment is enabled, the platform can accept payments for confirmed online session bookings through an external payment provider.
What psychologists provide
Psychologists independently conduct online psychological consultations. They are responsible for their professional qualifications, decisions, ethics, and confidentiality obligations.
Each profile must describe the psychologist's experience, languages, specializations, and consultation format.
How booking works
The client selects a psychologist, selects an available time, leaves brief notes if necessary, and confirms the booking. After payment is added, payment confirmation will be required for the booking to be confirmed.
Session details and changes are managed through the platform or a support channel.
Service Limitations
The platform is not an emergency service and does not provide crisis support. Online sessions may not be suitable for every person or every situation.
