What the platform provides
The platform provides psychologist profiles, language and specialty information, available time slots, client accounts, booking tools and booking communication.
When online payment is enabled, the platform may collect payment for confirmed online session bookings through an external payment provider.
What psychologists provide
Psychologists provide online psychological consultations independently. They are responsible for their professional qualifications, judgment, ethics and confidentiality obligations.
Each profile should describe the psychologist's experience, languages, specialties and consultation format.
How booking works
A client selects a psychologist, chooses an available time, shares brief notes if needed and confirms the booking. After payment is introduced, payment confirmation will be required before the booking is treated as confirmed.
Session details and changes are managed through the platform or support channel.
Limits of the service
The platform is not an emergency service and does not provide crisis response. Online sessions may not be suitable for every person or situation.
