Platform role

Restarta.one provides an online platform for discovering independent psychologists, viewing profiles and booking available online session slots.

Unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement, psychologists provide their professional services independently and are not employees of Restarta.one.

Accounts and eligibility

Clients must provide accurate account and contact information. Psychologist accounts are created or approved only after platform review.

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for notifying us about unauthorized use.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only after the platform confirms availability and, when online payment is enabled, payment is successfully completed or otherwise approved.

Prices, duration and available session formats are shown before booking. Payment is expected to be collected by the platform through an external payment provider.

Psychologist services

Psychologists are responsible for their qualifications, professional conduct, confidentiality duties and the content of the online session.

Restarta.one may review psychologist applications and profiles, but this does not replace the client's responsibility to choose a suitable psychologist.

No emergency service

Restarta.one is not an emergency, crisis or urgent medical service. If a person may be in immediate danger, they should contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis hotline.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, provide false information, harass others or use the service for illegal purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, psychologists, the platform or legal compliance.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the payment model, legal structure and operational process are finalized. The final version should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
