Restarta.one is an online booking platform that helps clients find independent psychologists and book online sessions. The platform is expected to receive payment for the booking service, while psychologists provide professional services independently.

This policy is a starting draft and must be reviewed by legal and accounting advisers before payment provider approval or public launch.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact details, language preferences, booking information, session notes provided by the client before booking, psychologist profile information, application materials, support messages and technical data such as device, browser and security logs.

Payment card details are expected to be processed by an external payment provider. Restarta.one should not store full card numbers or card security codes.

How we use information

We use information to create accounts, show psychologist profiles, process booking requests, confirm sessions, communicate with clients and psychologists, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with legal, tax and accounting duties.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance and improve the platform.

Sharing information

We share booking-related information with the psychologist selected by the client so the session can be prepared and delivered. We may share necessary information with payment providers, hosting providers, email providers, professional advisers and authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Health and sensitive information

Clients should share only information that is necessary for booking and preparing the session. The platform should avoid collecting detailed clinical records unless a separate reviewed process is introduced.

Psychologists are responsible for their independent professional records and confidentiality duties.

Retention and user rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the platform, support, security, dispute handling, legal, tax and accounting purposes. Exact retention periods should be confirmed before launch.

Users may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
