Yulia Zalnova

I know that to see a psychologist, sometimes you have to break three rules: - don't talk - don't trust - don't feel In order to: - talk about what you've kept silent about your whole life - trust a stranger - allow yourself to feel And then awkwardness or shame can kick in. And shame is a tricky thing: it can disguise itself as common sense, perfectionism, or even an "objective assessment of reality." Shame demands you hide, become invisible, not continue, stop, not do, not ask. Not change anything. Well, we survived somehow, right? That's why taking the first step is so scary. And that's why it's so important. ⚡️Good afternoon! My name is Yulia Zalnova, I'm a psychologist, and I offer group and individual work for those who: 🔹are able to handle work, responsibility, and life perfectly well. But around others, they suddenly begin to feel small, stupid, and "different." 🔹who are afraid to say the wrong thing. Afraid of conflict. Afraid of being inconvenient. Afraid of being rejected if they show their true selves. 🔹those who live for years as a good person. Who smooth things over, don't want to upset anyone, swallow their anger, and don't ask for help. They explain everything to everyone and understand everyone. And then suddenly discover that they themselves don't seem to be there in the relationship. 🔹those who have a job. Life seems to be going on. There's no catastrophe. But inside, there's constant tension, fatigue, loneliness, or the feeling that life is happening somewhere nearby. I work with those who: 🔹An inner critic is a constant presence in their lives 🔹Rest evokes guilt 🔹Life feels like an endless cycle of "must," "pull yourself together," and "endure it" 🔹Anxiety, shame, and emotional tension have become a habit 🔹It's easier to suppress your feelings than to understand them 🔹It's difficult to trust people, ask for help, and rely on others 🔹Relationships become a seesaw between fear of intimacy and fear of abandonment 🔹It's common to be comfortable, strong, and "normal," even when you've been struggling inside for a long time 🔹External criticism hurts too much, and self-criticism never stops 🔹There's a feeling that life is happening somewhere nearby. With me, you can also: 🔹stop pretending that "everything is fine" 🔹be angry, argue, cry, be silent, laugh🔹talk about anger, fear, loneliness, and shame without having to appear good and comfortable🔹explore your relationship patterns 🔹gradually reconnect with your feelings and needs 🔹learn to recognize your boundaries and tolerate other people's dissatisfaction 🔹figure out where you live out of fear and where you live out of your true self 🔹stop carrying everything alone The first step doesn't have to be a feat. Simply signing up for the first session is enough.
