Hello! I am an integrative art therapist with 25 years of experience as a documentary filmmaker. I live in the United States, have a son, and also paint and exhibit my work. I came to art therapy through my own life crises and have personally experienced its depth and effectiveness. In my work, I base my approach on non-judgmental approaches, respect for your uniqueness, and belief in your inner strength and capacity for change.
