Psychologist profile

Natalya Pavlova

My name is Natalia. I am a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist-in-training. In 2015, I received a degree in psychology. Since 2019, I have been studying at the Institute for the Development of Symboldrama and Depth Psychology (IDDP) in the psychotherapist training program. In my work, I use the symboldrama method (catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy)—a branch of psychodynamic psychotherapy based on the principles of depth psychology. This method helps people better understand their feelings and internal processes, recognize the causes of life's difficulties and symptoms, and find new ways to cope. Respectful treatment, confidentiality, and creating a safe space where people can openly discuss their experiences are important to me. I believe that everyone has the resources for change and development, and my job is to accompany and support them on this path. In my work, I adhere to the IRDDP Code of Ethics and regularly undergo supervision and personal psychotherapy. If this format of work appeals to you, I will be happy to accompany you on your path to a better understanding of yourself and your experiences.
