My name is Maria. I'm a practicing psychologist and coach, working with an integrative approach. In my work, I draw not only on my knowledge but also on my personal experience. I've experienced loss, crises, burnout, relocation, and difficult periods in life and business. I know what it's like to lose your footing and have no idea where to go next. Therefore, it's important to me not just to analyze the situation, but to help people find inner stability, listen to themselves, and gradually rebuild their lives. What kind of needs do people bring to me? - Difficult periods in life, crises, loss of support, emigration - Burnout, fatigue, loss of meaning - Anxiety, fears, emotional states - Searching for oneself, one's values, and direction - Relationships (in a couple, family, at work) - Recurring life patterns - Psychosomatics, body signals - Working with one's ancestry - The desire to reach a new level in life and fulfillment How I work. I work with the state, feelings, and reasons behind the situation. It's important not only to understand "why" but also to achieve real internal change. My integrative work combines different approaches: Conversation, working with feelings and the body, metaphorical maps, and a systemic and ancestral approach. I look at a person holistically – through their experience, state, and life context. I don't offer ready-made solutions or "life coaches," but I do help you see and hear yourself and find your answers and support. Important! I don't work with clinical diagnoses and don't replace a psychiatrist.
