Cooperation Agreement with Restarta.one
By selecting the agreement checkbox, the psychologist accepts the following cooperation terms.

Cooperation terms
1. Restarta.one provides the Specialist with the opportunity to receive clients and conduct consultations through the platform.
2. The consultation price for new clients is 110 Israeli shekels per session.
3. After the first 100 consultations through the platform, the Specialist may increase the service price by agreement with clients.
4. If the Specialist is VAT registered, the consultation price is 110 Israeli shekels plus VAT at the rate applicable under Israeli law.
5. The Specialist is independently responsible for taxes and mandatory payments.
6. Payments are made after the consultation has taken place and payment has been received from the client.
7. The Specialist must provide accurate qualification information and observe professional ethics and client confidentiality.
8. Clients who come through Restarta.one are considered platform clients.
9. All bookings and payments for such clients must be processed exclusively through the platform.
10. The Specialist must not move platform clients to direct service outside the platform.
11. For each confirmed case of moving a client to direct service outside the platform, the Specialist pays a penalty of 5,000 Israeli shekels.
12. The platform may block the Specialist profile for agreement violations, inaccurate information or client complaints.
13. The Specialist grants the platform the right to use their name, photograph, description and reviews to promote the platform.
14. The Specialist account is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
15. The platform may change the cooperation terms by publishing a new agreement version on the website.
16. Selecting “I accept the cooperation terms” is equivalent to a handwritten signature and confirms acceptance of the entire agreement.
